TrainingMate Connect Child Safety Standards

TrainingMate Connect is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Age Requirement

TrainingMate Connect is intended for users aged 18 years and older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the platform.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any form of child sexual exploitation
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws

Accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities when required by law.

Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content, profiles, or behavior through TrainingMate Connect.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action may include:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities

Cooperation with Authorities

TrainingMate Connect cooperates with relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations when required and in accordance with applicable laws.
